Forever Healthy Fredericton opened in July 2012 at 635 McLeod Ave. The clinic is conveniently located just off Regent Street, across from Sobeys, in the first plaza on McLeod Ave. We are surrounded with natural well-being as our clinic is nestled between Fredericton’s Health Source and Simply for Life. Our passion for natural alternative therapies is the foundation of our clinic, and our knowledgeable and compassionate team welcomes you on your journey to wellness. The first Forever Healthy was founded over 20 years ago, and the techniques we use have developed and evolved since then. We are proud to continue the commitment that was established to healing, helping, learning, and teaching our clients and our growing community. Read on to meet our team!

Lisa Leaman

Owner and Practitioner

Lisa is the owner of and a practitioner at Forever Healthy Fredericton. Originally from the Moncton area, Lisa studied at UNB, graduating with a B.A., majoring in Psychology, Law in Society, and minoring in Fine Arts. After a brief absence, she returned to Fredericton and has been here for 18 years. She then began her career in energy therapies at the Forever Healthy clinic in Riverview, and has since completed studies at The Carroll Academy of Energy Therapies to earn her certificate as Energy Therapy Practitioner. She has diplomas in Acupuncture and Natural Therapy, and has completed several courses to add to her repertoire, incl. German New Medicine and Emotional Freedom Technique. Lisa is a member of several associations such as: EBNMP (Examining Board of Natural Medicine Practitioners), ANN (Academy of Naturopaths and Natural Therapists), CMAAC (Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Association of Canada). Lisa is a skilled and passionate practitioner. She is continuously learning so that she can offer her clients the most effective and beneficial treatments possible. She loves clients of all ages, is a wonderful listener, and a valuable resource for information on allergies and alternative therapies.

Natalie Brewer

Office Manager

Natalie is our phenomenal receptionist. A native to the rural area of Fredericton, Natalie has a passion for all things mind-body-spirit. Natalie began her journey taking Psychology in university, specializing in Biopsychology. She has done numerous studies and courses since then, ranging from Reiki to Trauma Releasing Exercises, from yoga to EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). Natalie has a beautiful balance of knowledge and intuition. She has an eclectic and diversified background, and interests from women’s health to natural foods and herbs. Her passion for culture and mother earth has also led to various travels, including India, UK, and Hawaii. Natalie brings a happy vibe to our clinic, and takes pride in caring for our clients, and our practitioners. Always willing to lend a hand, share some knowledge, and eager to learn, we’re so lucky to have Natalie on our team.
